The Foundation carries out various actions to enhance the employability of priority groups (women, people from rural, young people seeking first employment, immigrants and others in special circumstances, job placement), always with the aim of providing professional training that will guarantee a job opportunity.
Training is eminently practical training at secure facilities for learning as close to the reality of work, including:
